1. Who we are and scope

AYTOUNA, published on the App Store as AYTOUNA ATIKA, operates the AYTOUNA studio website and mobile games. This policy covers Chic Dress-Up Dollhouse Dreams, Room Idea : Build Your Dream, Stong Age Story and Baby Dollhouse Monster. Service availability and data processing can differ by app, version, region, age and privacy choices.

2. Information processed

Our games use Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource mediation) and Google Firebase. These services can process information even when you do not provide a name or create an account.

• Device and technical information: device model, operating system, language, app version, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, installation identifiers and advertising identifiers where available and permitted.
• Advertising and interaction information: ad requests, impressions, clicks, video views and interactions used for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
• Usage and diagnostics: app events, crash information and performance information through Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and enabled advertising SDK features.
• Support correspondence: your email address and information you voluntarily send when contacting us. Please avoid sending sensitive information or a child's personal information unless necessary to resolve your request.

3. Why information is used

Information is processed to operate the games, deliver and measure advertising, maintain reliability, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and configure enabled app features. The specific purposes depend on the services enabled in the app. Personalized advertising, where enabled, depends on applicable permission and consent requirements.

4. Third-party services

Google AdMob

AdMob provides mobile advertising. Its SDK may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising interactions, diagnostics and performance information. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosure documentation.

Unity LevelPlay

LevelPlay mediates advertising between an app and integrated ad networks. LevelPlay and enabled network SDKs may process technical, identifier and ad-event information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Each network's practices depend on the adapters enabled in the particular app. See Unity's Privacy Policy and LevelPlay's legal resources. Google Firebase

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics processes app usage events, installation or app-instance identifiers and device information to help us understand how the games are used. Crashlytics processes crash reports, stack traces, device and app information, and installation identifiers to help diagnose failures. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

5. Sharing and purchases

Information processed through the services above is transmitted to their providers and, where applicable, enabled advertising partners. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud or security issues. Advertising-related data sharing may have specific legal meanings in your region; contact us for help with your applicable choices.

In-app purchases are processed through Apple. Do not send us payment card details. Apple's account and payment processing is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy choices

You can manage app tracking permission on iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where an app offers an advertising consent or privacy settings screen, you can review the choices there. Declining tracking does not necessarily prevent all technical processing needed to deliver contextual ads or operate an app.

Where consent is legally required, the relevant processing must rely on valid consent; other processing may rely on providing the service, legitimate interests where permitted, or legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the purpose and jurisdiction.

7. Children and parents

Our collection includes games that may be used by children. An App Store age rating alone does not determine advertising treatment. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child's information, seek access or deletion where applicable, and manage purchases and app permissions through device settings.

Age-related advertising treatment, personalization restrictions and any parental consent requirements depend on the app's audience and configuration. These settings are under review. If you believe information about a child has been processed improperly, contact atikaaytounaios@gmail.com with the app name and relevant details.

8. Retention, security and international processing

Retention varies by purpose and provider configuration. Advertising, Firebase and support data do not necessarily share one retention period. Consult the linked provider documentation or contact us for app-specific retention information. We will assess requests to delete information we control, subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations.

Providers may process information outside your country. Their linked privacy and processing terms explain applicable transfer mechanisms and security measures. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. Your rights and contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Send requests to atikaaytounaios@gmail.com, identifying the game and request. We may need proportionate information to verify and locate the relevant data. For data independently controlled by a provider, you may also need to use that provider's privacy tools.

10. This website

The website does not include advertising or analytics scripts, account registration, or a contact form. It does not use application cookies or browser storage. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process request information to deliver and protect it; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Some artwork is loaded from Apple's servers. External links are governed by the destination's policies.

11. Updates

We may revise this policy as our apps or services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the relevant app or another appropriate channel.
